Students from Wright State University visited Enon Primary to teach students hands-on Earth and Environmental Science lessons. The students are studying early education and are in Dr. Stacey Hundley’s class at Wright State. They visited 6 Enon classrooms on Nov. 30 and Dec. 1. “Our students and teachers look forward to this partnership with Dr. Hundley and her students every year,” said Enon Primary Principal Mr. Darrin Knapke. “The kids always enjoy the lessons, and it’s a great opportunity to invite these education students into our classroom to enhance their learning, too.” This year’s lessons included the water cycle, water pollution, fossils, seasons, and clouds. The Wright State students used books and hands-on demonstrations to teach the Enon Primary students about these concepts. View the photo gallery!
